My first purchase with Trust was quite the adventure. 60 days after mailing, the tracking did not update. Worried, I bugged Trusty frequently asking for updates. Initially, they told me to be patient, but eventually, they agreed it was taking too long and likely was seized in customs! Worst case scenario, and I was worried that I had just flushed $400 down the drain.
Luckily, I chose trusty, who immediately arranged for another watch to start the QC process, and 30 days later my wonderful bronze big pilot (ZF) is my daily wearer and I couldn’t be happier! I’m sure the trusted dealers factor in seizures into their pricing, but I was kind of shocked that they simply sent another without me even having to ask!
Suffice to say, I will remain a loyal customer and I highly recommend this dealer for your high end purchases. You can rest easy knowing that I went through the worst case situation and it all worked out!
