Let me start off, so those that don’t read all the way through don’t get it wrong, YES you can Trust Andrew,
This is my first order with Trusty, second for rep watches My job has me traveling the country year around with not a lot of opportunities to get to my mailbox so I decided to order four at once. Sending that much money Western Union to a far off country created a bit of stress, especially for somebody very new to the rep watch hobby.
I ordered the watches on 11/17/2000. Sent the money right away WU. Next day Andrew received it and the day after, or maybe it was two days, I received the QC photos. I approved them right away. I received the tracking pretty quickly afterwards and then things went a little sideways. I attached a photo of the tracking below. As you will see it makes no sense. It seems to have cleared customs in a strange order, then went back to Hong Kong, then back to the US and that is where it sits today. At LAX. Not sure if customs got it or it’s lost. I haven’t received any letters from customs so who knows. (let me add, this IS NOT ANDREWS FAULT. He doesn’t control shipping.)
Having read quite a bit on RWI I tried not to bug Andrew too much and give it time. But eventually I couldn’t hold back. I messaged Andrew. His response? ‘I’m sending you new QC photos.” Which he did. I approved them. He sent the new batch of watches on 1/12 and I received them today 1/21. This time shipping was as smooth as a porn star’s ass.
In my opinion you get the best judgement and character of a person or a business when things go wrong. (And they will eventually especially with this hobby.) Andrew showed me that I can buy from him without worry. He will make it right should things go wrong. I do feel a little guilty he had to lose money on this and if those watches ever show up you have my word I will send them back to you.
So all you NOOBS like myself, stressing because you didn’t get the QC fast enough, or Andrew didn’t receive the money as quickly as you expected, or shipping has gone a little crazy, RELAX. You will get your watches. It won’t be next day Amazon quick, but hey, the wait makes it all the more worth it.
Now on to the photos.
BTW, watches are BEAUTIFUL. Don’t let the crappy lighting and crappy phone photos fool you.
