There are very few dealers who have EU stock which is limited to a few models.
Other than that, there is no dealer who is "best" for EU. All TDs can source the same watches from the identical factories for similar if not identical prices which are all sent from China mainland. They all have experience in sending their products to all corners of the world and know the safest shipping methods for your destination.
I would recommend you study some of the reviews and then pick a TD to your liking. Very important: Do NEVER look up a TD's contact info or web site through Google. Only use RWI to look them up. Otherwise you have an almost 100% guarantee that you will end up with a scammer and lose all of your money.
I bought two watches from Hontwatch, shipped to Italy. Delivery time approximately one week. I think that for Norway the shipping time are similar. I found myself very well. You can manage all the negotiation on whatsapp, he is not very quick to respond but he is very professional.
Hi, I'm in France and last year ordered a watch for my husband from Puretime. It was sent using triangular shipping and it arrived safely. I am used to buying reps (luxury bags) and so far, have never had a problem with customs. My TS sends the package to Germany, there the receptionnists repack it , and send it to France. There is no mention anywhere that it came from China. As the package is sent within EU, I have no taxes to pay. Delivery time is about 3-4 weeks.
