Supermirrors has some stock in Italy but most dealers can offer you a transshipment from China via some EU country so that you will avoid customs risk.
Trusted Dealers have methods in place to circumvent customs.
I dont want to know how, none of my business, but if you order from them, the vast majority have a first order refund/replace in case of customs seizure or postal loss. Not all, so double check before sending a cent.
P.s. I'm ireland and have never had any issues receiving from my TD (china)
Thinking as I type Sead (TD = supermirrors) sometimes has Italian items and a supporting Vendor (EU STOCK) could have (or source) the item you are looking for.
Long story short, most TDs are in China, and it takes a while, but their job is to get it from them to you, safely, that's what you are paying for.

Thank you and the answers, it seems that I am oversensitive because a year ago I had a package seized and the case leaned on the police proceedings, to this day I do not know at what stage it is. But interrogations, prosecution proceedings and letters from lawyers representing Breitling with intimidation and pressure for a settlement (meaning several thousand USD to be paid) is nothing pleasant. Another thing is that this was not a purchase from TD, but from DHgate....

Well, knowing our customs I never order from outside EU and from China only with the mentioned transshipment. I once ordered a watch from Supermirrors UK stock (after Brexit) and it was stopped by customs. I received a letter asking me to describe the contents of the package, value, proof of payment, etc. I just ignored the letter and after a few months the package has been returned to UK
