I have ordered multiple watches from Andrew, but my latest experience was the best! I ordered three watches (Omega, Panerai, Audemars) this time and had some shipping issues occur. Andrew was immediately on it trying to find out why the shipment was not making it to me. With no real feedback from the shipping company, Andrew immediately started a new shipment of new watches which came in the normal amount of time, if not faster! As most already know, the quality is outstanding, but the customer service will match the quality of the product!
