trouble with 112

Recently purchased a 112 from a fellow forum member and for some reason when I pull out the crown to set the time (asian manual movt) it either won't let me change and keeps winding or the reverse can only change the time and no winding

This is my first PAM rep and need help! Thanks much!

Normally you can wind without pulling the crown out at all, and to set the time you pull the crown out as much as it goes.

I've tried every possible way- it seems like maybe it's an internal issue where it's getting caught up...not familiar as of yet with this style of movement too which doesn't help my case!
