My order is now blocked in Germany, and I received the following email :

Sie benötigen zuerst den Verwahrschein!
Entweder hier abholen
Adresse:
GDSK
Fasanenweg 9N
65451 Kelsterbach

Falls Sie schon am Flughafen sind, müssen Sie erst zum Gebäude 000 D (Lager) gehen und sich den dort ausdrucken lassen.

Bitte fahren Sie zum:
- Frachtflughafen Frankfurt Main
- Cargo City Nord
- Tor 26

Bitte fahren Sie weiter zum Gebäude der DHL 000:
- 1. Etage links (Zollabteilung)
Bitte nehmen Sie folgende Papiere für die Bearbeitung beim Zoll mit:
- Ausdruck mit Inhalts- und Wertangaben, bzw. Zahlungsnachweis
- GDSK Schreiben mit Sendungsnummern
- Personalausweis
- Bargeld (keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich)

Wenn Ihre Sendung erfolgreich verzollt wurde, bekommen Sie Ãœberlassungspapiere!
Bitte gehen Sie weiter zum GDSK Zolllager:

- Gebäude Time Matters 000D

Hier bekommen Sie nun Ihre Sendung.

I'm able to go to Germany, I don't speak German and don't have any experience with germany custom.
What should I do ? What are your recommandation ?

You should do nothing. Ask your dealer because your watch is seized by customs. One thing I do not understand. If this is send thru Spain or the UK why is it send with DHL? From what I know is that DHL open up everything.

Who is your TD?

For me it doesn't look like a triangle shipping method.

It was sent by EMS, not DHL.
I did a mistake : I did Asia>Germany>Switzerland. I should triangle throught UK.

No chance to have it back ?

Nope. Forget it and do not answer to the authorities. What I mean is deny that you bought something in China.

Usually our TD's don't send rep's to the Swiss.

That is BS. Not only DHL opens anything. Any postage carrier in Germany opens shit up as soon as it comes from overseas. Everything that is not from within the EU is getting checked.


@op Just contact your TD. There's nothing you can do now. Just ignore the letter. That's your best bet.

My TD didn't know that it was for Swiss. I only gave German adress.
I see that German custom are very efficient

Kindness ain't my thang.

That way it went is indeed odd. Maybe OP had a german receiver address that he will get the shipment from upon arrival. A lot of swiss members do it like that.

Yes, Directly CN > Germany. It was stupid.

German custom are not going to check further ?

German customs are very strict. I think there is nothing much you can do.

Hab heute nachmittag mein 3.packerl mit Triangl Versand über UK in Österreich abgeholt,diesesmal wurde es sogar von London über Schottland ausgeliefert,so einen Umweg,naja,hauptsache die rep ist angekommen. Nach Italien lasse ich sie nicht senden,
de ital.Zöllner schnüffeln genauso gerne wie die deutschen und schweizer Zollis! ich finde die Postpartnerfiliale in Österreich super,im moment jedenfalls!

My TD is saying that he can provide documentation (Invoice, certificat) and that custom will release the package. Any experience ?

What is Verwahrschein ? I cannot find any info on internet.
