Well I couldn't resist picking up an H factory ultimate 112 for such a nice price ($158) http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/pam-112m-ultimate-edition-h-90651 so there will soon be another unworn rubber Pam strap in the parts bin at Che Trailie. trk kindly offered to make me a strap a while back and now I have somewhere to put it.

Currently on the same mission. Have gotten a few straps from Prime Straps aka Crocodile in the dealer section. Makes great stuff, fast turn around times. Will make pretty much whatever you want.

Are you thinking black or brown? Cowhide? Big and tough or classy and understated?

You probably have a ton of straps, any obvious suggestion seems like it would be duplicating what's already available.

Go for Asso, the rep one isn't that bad from what I've heard.
Or you could get Bob's coconut suede and oil it. Bob's nougat suede is very sweet also.

Brown I think. No I don't have a ton of straps as I only have 2 (about to become 3) Pams.
" Coconut suede" . . .

" Coconut suede" . . .

It might be a little light in color, and getting dirty quickly, thus oiling it a bit to protect.
Saw that yesterday on one of the fora, don't remember where, but it looked nice.
