Highly communicative, Trevor sent photos of progress and issues all along the way, answering questions and providing transparent pricing information that may affect my final invoice - he also provided recommendations and let me make some of the calls for whether or not I wanted to have something replaced.
Return shipping was also quick and the rep was packaged well, and I got back my rep in great working and glittery condition.
