Trevor 111H Return...No Tracking...Uh Oh!

I returned a 111h to Trevor that I purchased, which came with a poorly ground cg lever, but more importantly, would stop quite often with a full reserve. It would require a little bump to get it moving again. Trevor was great from the get go, telling me to return it and he would replace. He assured me that he is a good honest dealer and wanted to make it right. I believe he IS a good honest dealer and a pleasure to work with!

I'm a little worried now because I shipped it back on August 21st, and USPS said it would take 7-10 days to get there. I waited two weeks and got ahold of Trevor to see if he had received it back. He hadn't. I worry because I didn't pay to track it. The price was litterally 8 times more to track it, than to send it the way I did. That had to have been a mistake on the part of the lady working the counter, because that seems ridiculous to add a tracking number and barcode to a package and request that much more money!! Anyway, now that I have not tracked it back, I wonder if I will ever see the watch again. Has anyone else returned watches without tracking and had good results?

Trevor keeps asking for the tracking number and I told him I don't have one. I'm not sure what to do other than wait and hope for the best. :?

and the tracking # is there
it dosent say tracking #
is on top of the paper left side they are like 10 numbers an le.

Well, Pec, I can't seem to find any papers that I hang on to from the post office. Normally, I'm good about at least hanging on to my receipt. I'll keep looking for it. I filled out a little declaration card with the package, that I handed back to her, and she didn't hand back anything. I wonder if the number was on that?

In order to send it internationally, you would have had to fill out a customs declaration form. That form has a "tracking number", it is the only way a package can be shipped internationally.

I have ordered with Trevor many times and he never seemed the type to cheat anyone. Although, I returned a Ocean Racer deployant to him for repair, and he will not return my email many months after I sent it. I am very disappointed, but it's his loss.

Did you pay for registered air mail? If you did, there is an Air Bill Number on the form, contact your post office and provide them that number, and they will be able to give you the status of your package.

Alternatively, go to this website http://www.track-trace.com/post type in the Air Bill Number and click "track with options", on the top select "China", it may show you the tracking but in Mandarin, I copied the information and emailed it to Trevor.

You have to be patient, I sent 2 watches back to Trevor on 7th Aug and 14th Aug, and Trevor received the watches on 24th Aug and 2nd Sept. The watch I posted later was received first.
Once Trevor receive the watches, he will inform you.

I sent mine in June. No receipt so I am out of luck. I have only sent 2 items without receipts or tracking out of maybe 50 or so mailings, and both were claimed not received. This should be a good example of not what to do. Totally me fault. Live and learn.

u will get it with or with out it

I sent a package back to Trevor without paying extra for the tracking number, but it was on the receipt that there was some kind of confirmation number. Anyway, I had no problems. Trevor refunded me as soon as I could provide that number to him.
