I ordered from Toro Bravo’s (www.torobravo.watch) through a friends recommendation on December 14th. Never received the watch and I have emailed the website with no response. Pretty sure I got scammed even though my friend got his watch with no issues.

Your friend isn't a good friend. Where did you get that website from, google? If you would have gotten a link (or email) from Toro on the forums here, you would have received exactly what you purchased. Toro is a solid dealer, no need to tarnish his name because you made a mistake and didnt perform due diligence before purchasing.

So your friend told you to go to that website and he said he got his watch from that website?
Yes, that’s the website he gave me and received his watch(very good quality). I am not tarnishing anyone. The reason I went with torobravo is because of all the positive feedback I read. My friend just gave me a website that wasn’t his. I was only posting to warn everyone else about it.
Ask your "Friend" to show you the order details to see what site he actually ordered from ! and ask him to email them from his account about your order being that his order was delivered....
