I just received my watch today 9/12/09 & it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am AMAZED how good it looks! I would recommend http://www.top10brand.net (which is http://www.watcheden.com) to anyone & everyone! I received my order in 8 days from China to Pa.! I'm a VERY HAPPY Customer! This is my first Rolex & have another one coming already! And will let all know how that one is! Their site uses a live chat & was always answered when I connected. I did have a scare when they closed the chat out a couple times on me which made me think I was being ripped off but it turned out they had a problem & Sarah did make sure to answer all emails pretty quick (And there were several emails but not rude) The checkout was alittle confusing at the end but again live chat helped me out & so did this forum! Tracking took a couple of days to show up in the system & the watch showed up before the tracking # showed the status. The watch was well packaged! I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!
