Use a 1.2mm flathead screwdriver. As for the strap, try panatime.

Maybe add few $$ and get one custom made from Bakeka, his straps are affordable, custom made and of great quality (haven't owned one but got some opinions from members that have). I find Panatime to stiff and too expensive for what it is. :/

Thanks for the advice! I ended up going with a Gunny Saree Series strap. Excited to see it!
