Ordered two watches a few months back and there were a number of challenges along the way. Lucy was sick and understandably that added some time. HOWEVER the wait yielded awesome qc and flawless reps. Very pleased. Thanks Lucy.

Just wanted to add that Lucy went through multiple rounds of QC when the chosen watch had some bad alignment. Lucy had the best of the bunch fixed at a watchsmith and it's turned out great.
