Tongsui in Melbourne Australia is GREAT

This guy @tongsui deserves his own thread. I was recommended through RWI as he’s the guy in Melbourne for repairs. I sent two watches and they were both repaired on the same day he received them. I received terabytes of images of the entire repair process and he even recommended cheaper options than I had planned. He babied them overnight then sent them express the next day.

I just had two watches serviced by @tongsui . Clear, timely communication with detailed explanations and photographs all the way, along with very, very fair prices. Whole experience was unbelievably smooth.

Can't recommend @tongsui enough for the service he provided. Answered every single question I had with little hesitation and went above and beyond providing his own opinion when he didn't need to.

I spent more time asking him questions than it took for him to complete my build. Sent the watch, he picked it up almost immediately after it had arrived and started working on it that morning. Sent me constant updates that I couldn't even reply in a timely manner as I was the busy one! The watch was completed same day then shipped express and I had it the next day.

1000/10 service and would not hesitate to use his services again (which could be soon depending on my wallet lol)

Just had my 3rd watch worked on by @tongsui and I am absolutely amazed with end result. Exceptional service and great price as always.

Works done:
- Gen crystal
- VSF date wheel swap
- Clarks gasket
- Case edge softening
- bracelet and clasp edge softening
- Rehaut polishing
- regulation/service (was dusty and missing screw from Factory which tongsui sorted out)
- waterproofing

Here are some before and after pics. Looks amazing in photo, however from the naked eye it's looks 100x better! Couldn't be happier with this build. Thanks again Tongsui, I will definitely be back!
