What side do you have your adjuster on? Since the Panerai's adjuster in particular sticks out, is it uncomfortable to be on one side of the watch? I'd assume that is the adjuster was on the left side, it would dig into the wrist, yes?

Could anyone post pics?

In the natural order of things its good to be right! i.e. your watch should be on your right wrist and the crown on the left :p

I'm right handed and wear watches in right hand.

The problem with the destro one's is to wind the watch, probably I couldn't wind the watch whit left hand.

I go whit the regular watches.

I am a lefty and wear all of my watch on my right hand. It has never been a problem. I take manual watchs off to wind and for chronos I guess I have just trained myself to use them they way they are.

I can't wear them on the right, I'll walk in circles or worse my arm could get cut off and I would loose my watch!

I'm a lefty too, and always wear my watches on the right. Have both Destros and regulars. Both work just fine though I prefer the look of the Destro because I see the Crown Guard. Silly thing is that I couldn't get used to winding it with my wrong hand, so turn it 180 degrees. Sorta defeats the purpose. I think there's something about teaching an old do new tricks involved.

I have worn watches on my right hand for years (25+ years), I am right handed and wear normal watches with the crown on the right. The only time i wear a watch on my left hand is when I do a wrist shoot.

I wear on the right, and as so far, what I have experianced is that it can have an absolutely huge crown, and wont hurt or bother me as long as the crown is pointing upward my arm.

The only watch I have ever had a problem with, was the giant BR01-97, the crown was a tiny bit painful after 48hours of wearing it.

I'm a lefty and always wear on my right wrist - I always take my watch off to wind (or adjust timezones during landings). If anything having the crown opposite of my hand keeps the larger crowns from rubbing against my hand or wrist.

Just tried switching hands yesterday and it felt VERY strange.

Few years ago I used to have my watch on left side : I'm right handed
And after a Motocycle accident where I broke my left wrist I change and never went back so kept my watches on right even those with big crown like most Pam ... And it does not bother me at all ...
