To PAM or not to PAM that is the question...

Any PAM 113 fans? The white dial 113 that Ruby just listed has really caught my eye and I real close to pulling the trigger. A couple of quick questions for the experts.
In general how does the 113 compare to other PAM models as far as accuracy in relation to a GEN?
Does Ruby's version stack up against the Davidsens 113?
In other words after paying for mods would I just be better of paying for Davidsens to start with?
Lastly, I doubt that 99.9999999999999999999% of the people I associate with would be able to tell the difference between a Pam or a Seiko :?: ...As a first PAM purchase should I just go with Rivers $115 Asian version?

Thanks

Ruby's is top notch. I believe the dial may be a touch closer and it's available with a SS band.

Davidson's comes with great lume on both dial and hands.

As for movements, I like Davidsen's more although Ruby's has the dagger.

Flip a coin.

I opted for Davidsen's as I believe Ruby's would end up costing me more with a lume job. That coupled with the fact that I buy pams for the staps and wouldn't wear one with a bracelet (all preference my man).

I couldn't be happier with my purchase as shown by my posts in the Eyecandy as well as Dealer Review section, but I don't think you can go wrong either way as hk45ca praises his 113 and his dealings with Ruby.

Both are safe bets. My advise is to decide if you want to take the time and money to mod the watch or if you are inherently lazy (like me) and want quick gratification (ie pull watch out, put on strap and start enjoying).

Yes, Brand9avenue is a new dealer here. You will get more information once his dealer section is open for business. When opened up, he'll be on probation just like everyone else goes through.
