I cannot express how sorry I am for such a bad string of luck that my good friend has had with a recent order with me. Exeekias is one heck of a nice collector, his recent VC project has inspired several according to their posts and was an impressive mod job to say the least.

Exeekias has been very professional and extremely patient. I would have lost patience by now yet, he is still holding on.. but I know it's wearing thin on him.

Ordered a rep from me October 30th, my supplier did not dispatch it until November 23rd (very odd,, rare) dont know if it slipped through the cracks or if it was really out of stock at that moment.

Here we are, December 7th, it shows that it was dispatched from China,, my supplier says it should arrive this week,, I guess we wait and see.

I get a couple of these oddball shipments each year,, only a couple, it seldom happens,, but if this proves anything, it does not matter who you are,, it can happen to you. Lord knows I'd take care of my friend Exeekias,, but it happened to him.

The reason I'm writing this is to give myself a bad review despite it being out of my control because it is highly unlikely that Exeekias would leave me a bad review. Given that I must chastise myself.

To my friend, I'll try to find a way to make it up to you. :)

D4M, I cannot recall EVER in the history of replica watch dealers there being a dealer who preemptively made an apology. And Im quite sure one has never done it publicly.

You are a real class act in the firmest sense of the word!

Aw man, thanks for the thread but no need--you've been great.
Problems will crop up in any business, but it's how you deal with them that let others know what kind of businessman and person you are, and you've been on top of this situation as much as is possible.

Who knows what's happening with the watch, but hopefully it'll show up soon.
In the meantime, I have about 30 other watches so I don't think I'll have trouble telling what time it is :).

I ordered it the day you ordered it from me (perfect timing as I only order a couple times per week) your order status will never change, it will always say "processing" I have not replied to your email because I have not got a response with your tracking number yet.

D4M: It took me 2 whole weeks to get an order about 4 months ago and you never apologized. The watch was perfect and the price was terrific but I thought that 2 weeks was probably at lest 30 minutes longer than it should have taken. Also, can you apologize for not responding to a PM I sent you about 8 seconds ago? I realize that you are busy and that this is a hobby for you and I have read your signature about how you don't respond to PMs due to your regular job, but does that really apply to me? I mean, I have placed one whole order with you and I think that waiting more than 8 seconds for a PM is unreasonable, don't you think? I mean, I realize that the best way to work with you is to read your sig, but that really doesn't mean ME, does it?

My post for Ex was necessary imo, and Tazzie's post was perfectly fine. I ask people to get in touch with me after 10-12 days and he waited even longer. No problems, chances are,, it's likely coming into our out of customs right now.. Make sure you check for attempted delivery notices.

D4M: I too had a watch shipped that showed it left HK around 11/23 but that was it for a while. Tracking number US side showed no record of it (though all of my previous shippments showed up). Watch showed up out of nowhere Saturday. I heard rumor that USPS was no longer tracking EMS shippments. Not sure if that's true or not, but might explain some things.

My first order with you took 27 days or so to deliver but that was not a problem because you thoroughly followed up on the shipment once I inquired. The watches were fine, great value for money.

However I am a bit disappointed that you did not put yourself on probation after such a fauxpas with Exeekias.

Well folks, I finally got the watch today. I wanted you all to know that while the process for this one took way longer than anyone anticipated, these things happen sometimes. Through it all, D4M's communication was great, and I feel he really went the extra mile to make sure I received my order, so: rest assured and be patient--it might not always get to you quick, but you will get it. Thanks D4M!
