To make my 087 a franken or not?

If it were my watch and these 2 criteria were true... then yes, I would.

1. I wear the watch frequently and would buy the gen if I had the money.
2. The gen dial can be had for under 300 and everything else on the watch I can live with.

I would say go Franken on the 87 , you gonna spend the 500 bucks on some other reps anyways treat it like a investment , you know the value of a Franken won't drop here or the rest of the rep forums . Easier for you to get funds when you find a gen 87 at a right price
