[TMA] 292K

Ok folks, it's that time. Time to look at PAM's. Time for a dedicated Rolex fan to look and learn about PAM's. (TMA means Tell Me About by the way).

I've decided that I really like the look of the 292k Radomir. Like, really like it, especially when it's on the OEM JV Nubuck that i've seen both here and on RG. Is the 292K a decent piece? Accurate etc? I don't have the eye to spot much of a difference between the rep and the gen.

How about the lugs, I see that they are little bars held in by screws. Are they prone to failing or stripping?

Any improvements that can be made to the base rep?

The 292 I a great watch. Very classy. Lume is great OOB. Very light weight.
I've heard of movement troubles but have yet to see any problems on either forum. Idk.
The watch looks fantastic on a jv nubuck. You should buy the one I have for sale in the strap section.

It has the same movement "troubles" as all the other H-factory pams , IMHO still a great watch

@Jamdot not much point at the moment as I don't have the watch yet, and hasn't even been ordered Why you selling it on btw? You selling just the strap, or watch as well?

If you do a search you will notice that there are some hit & miss movements around from the H-factory ( and some DOA's ) , .. other then that a 6497 should be pretty much bullet proof

I own several from the H-factory, all run just fine ...

I went to the AD last week, and the 292 stand out next to the other PAMs available.
I wear it and its a gem....
Btw.. now that you have come in to watch sense, you are a bit better friend for me.

I bought the dsn 292 a while back. for a while I thought it was a tad small,but the longer I have it,the more I love it.
the recent H factory 292 is far more accurate in terms of the case material and shape.

I have the new 292K. Absolutely love it and no troubles at all. I did loctite the screws that hold the spring bar in just in case. But really nice watch. I paired it with an OEM JV nubuck gator.

Yeah, that's the exact same strap I would want to get for this one. Looks amazing together.

If you contact Orloff he makes a strap similar also for a third the OEM price. I couldn't wait and succumbed to impulsively buy the OEM while in NY. His contact info is in the strap dealer section I believe.
