Where is the best place for dealer to get a Titanium Panerai case and bracelet luminor... Case 44mm or 42mm. I was thinking a 352 but the model is not too important as long as it's full titanium... So the mechanism the better. I've been checking out various websites but I'm not that trusting up there titanium or possibly passing it off as titanium when it's stainless steel. I had a titanium Tissot years ago and loved the lightness for being a daily watch. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Who Win the GEN Panerai says the bracelet is titanium and steel. What parts are steel? Does anyone know how much a gen panerai weighs?

Why is the weight of the gen titanium Panerai important? Passing the rep off as gen?

I really liked the lightness of having a titanium watch, like my tissot watch. So I want to watch to be as light as possible for daily wearing. Some of the heavier stainless steel watches dig into my wrist after my long 14 hour work days. I didn't think about it but yes having approximately the same weight as that Gen would be nice.

I'd recommend a Tudor Pelagos if you're looking for all around light weight titanium. Panerai aren't really known for that..

Some bracelets are a two tone of steel and titanium. Others are mostly titanium with the exception of end links, pins and clasp. Depends on the model. Been a while since I saw a good titanium rep bracelet though.

My advice would be to get a titanium head and a nice leather strap -- light as a feather.

Both great suggestions that I'm contemplating. Though I'm stuck on the full titanium watch and the look of the Panerai. There has to be something out there. Roughly 4.5 to 7k on a quick eBay check for the Gen.

If you're intent on a titanium pam, maybe a 177 or 89 might be up your alley? No titanium bracelet though..

Wow! You almost change my mind on the ti bracelet with the leather strap with the blue contrast stitching. Wouldn't mind having that strip for a back up or different look from time to time.
Any ideas of where to get just the titanium bracelet?

Maybe ask a TD? I don't think I've ever seen a titanium pam bracelet before, only the SS.

I guess I should've added in when I did the quick eBay search and Panerai's website. That 4.5 to 7K does get me a full titanium bracelet with titanium case.
They do make titanium bracelets and cases it's just where to get a good reputable one. I wish the TDs stated their rep Pan weight that would let me know it's real titanium.
OK I'll check with some of the td's.
thanks.

Not even the Panerai website provides weight information (probably to keep replica factories from making claims "weighs 1:1 as genuine"). Even if the TD provided that info, now how would you compare without nothing official to compare it to?

I have not seen any Panerai titanium bracelet repped in the past 8 years I've been in this hobby so even if they were produced before, it would have been a long time already. You can achieve the look by using a brushed steel bracelet although the titanium watches usually use a polished steel/titanium combo so you would need an alternating brushed polished steel bracelet. Also these alternating brushed polished links were only available in the old style, not in the new style bracelet.
