Tiny dots on the case

Been noticing many tiny dots around the outer case of pam390.

Tried wiping with soft sunglasses cloth but it's ain't going away..

Is this normal?

How do I remove them?

Looks like you keep on walking into things with it. It's not a tank, you know?

It's new.. Could be a defect? It's practically the whole outer case that is affected including the lugs which I did not take a full photo of

What can I do to remove them?

Polish with dremel and correct paste/polish wheel

Do u think fine sand paper would be ok? .. Those tools mentioned are not within my reach

I've polished out similar with very fine wet and dry paper (similar to sand paper) and then re-polished with a Cape Cod cloth
