Well in my search for a Hublot i decided to order the Hublot Big Bang Gold Matt from Rob@ Time4direct. This is my second order from Rob, (only 1 rep this time) his communication i have to say has been excellent, i find that speaking to Rob direct on Msn helps me any way to anwser any questions that i have, and off course u get an immediate anwser. The delivery was a little delayed due to the problems facing Thailand airport, which i think is still going on so i'm delighted to have recieved even with all the problems within about 10 days. One thing that i have found is that there seems to be no waiting for days in UK customs to clear, it arrives and goes straight to delivery hub for sorting and delivery.

The quality of the rep is outstanding i can see why all the fuss, this does feel like a soild & well built rep. I am very suprised of the quality of the rubber strap, its excellent & doesn't seems to attract any dust.(+ it smells of vanilla)
The deployment does stick into my wrist a little, think i have read this is a common thing, or maybe just because of my small wrists.
I was a little concerned of the large size of the Big Bang having small wrists but I think it looks great (Chime in if u think different)

The movement i went for was the 21600, u can notice the difference in the sweep of the seconds & crono, but to be honest i dont think i would spend the extra bucks for the higher beat movement just to have smoother sweep, + this one comes with micro regulator correct ect, one thing i think i might change is the rotor and replace it with the engraved one which is more to the liking of the gen. The crono's work and set perfect, so all in all excellent.

Would i recomment T4direct YES

Hmmm, should I purchase a HBB from Robb? I would normally purchase it from Lay but according to these dated pictures the HBB are very nicely put together. I appreciate the micro-regulator, the correct rotor gears and the H logo. But i wonder if Robb's HBB still has these details. Anyone can advise me on this matter?

From me? I don't sell HBB's :D Robert does, though ;)

Seriously though, I'm sure he can source you a piece if you know what you want. Model, version, movement, etc.. Just cruise around the forums and find what yo like, get a pic of it and PM him to see if he has it.

Be advised that he doesn't entertain many questions beyond "do you have this" though.

hoho i meant robbert (robb in short form as I have seen many forum members addressing him as such). Hmmm, I asked him about custom issues and the delivery time (I live in Singapore) and the weight of the watch (getting one in platinum) Would these questions be considered to be "beyond do you have this"?

No i think they're valid. Just don't go asking him a ton more though. Customs you don't have to worry about, he always comes through. And if the piece you're asking about is anywhere near as good as the quartz HBB's he has, it'll be nice and hefty with a V1-quality clasp on it as well.
