i ordered a 42mm po with orange markers from robert.
out of his control, his person in charge of posting sent the po without orange markers. i emailed rob , he apologised and immediately offered to send out the correct one.
meanwhile i decided that i quite liked the watch he'd sent, and adjusted the bracelet and wore it for a few hours.
whenever i get a new watch i check/grease the case and stem gaskets. on refitting the stem, despite trying about a dozen times the watch wouldnt beat!
believe me when i say i know how to remove and refit a stem. the watch was winding the hands and date were adjusting properly but i couldnt get the bloody thing to work!!
i emailed robert telling him EXACTLY what had happened. he asked me to put the bracelet back to original and send the watch back.
today i got a brand new, orange markered po from robert, even though he hadnt even recieved my watch back before he posted the new one!

ive bought about 20 reps from all the main dealers in the last year and can honestly say time 4direct has just about the best after service ive come across.

That sounds like awesome service (I wish other dealers did the same).
My dealings with Time4direct have also been very good (I purchased a PAM 233). I would definitely consider buying from him again. I've been VERY pleased with his customer service.
