Thoughts on this used Marina Militare?

Newbie here....so my apologies for all the questions. Is this a good rep? Is this movement swiss or asian - Is it possible to tell that from these movement photos? The only thing I know for sure is that the Marina Militiare dial and hands were a custom add on. Any thoughts on this rep appreciated:

Looks like an H movement which is often called swiss but is basically chinese. Nice watch, is it yours or are you wanting to know before you buy it? Welcome to the forum.

No not mine yet, I am thinking of purchasing, so that's why I have all the questions. Well that and I'm a newbie. The price I have been qouted is $400 - but again I don't know if this is good or not as i have no point of reference.

That sure looks like the Asian 6497 to me.

Hmmmm, $400? Yeah, I guess. I wouldn't pay more than that, however.
