Thoughts on chinanoobfactory.com?

So I stumbled upon that site (chinanoobfactory.com). They claim:

We are offical dealer (first hand dealer) of NOOB Factory. We deal DIRECTLY with the best replica watches factories include NOOB factory/ VSF (VS Fatcory) / JF Factory/ AR Factory ect

Something anyone can write. Also now Noob is gone...

They also offer a reseller program where you send a $1500 deposit then get $10 refunded for each order. My caveat emptor neuron tells me 'wait' at this point.

I looked for chinanoobfactory here and there were no results, so I thought it was a good idea to open some discussion and clear doubts out about that dealer for future RWI users.

All "noobsomething" websites are scam. Noob is (was?) a factory, not a dealer and does not sell online.

Yes, like any <factory><something>.com. Factories won't sell online.
What they claim is to be Noob "official" dealer.
So, yes, if nobody here says anything positive, scam.
