I am relatively new to the forum and all the great information here has really helped me narrow down my selections.
I would like to get a Luminor and a Radiomir. I am trying to select styles that are good quality reps, but will also wear well and mesh well with my style of dress.
I decided on the PAM111 (ASSO Strap). I know V4 is best, but it seems that the V4's are coming in as hybrids of V3/V4. Is there any way to guarantee a V4 or is it just luck of the draw?
For the Radiomir, I am undecided on the 505 and 643. I love the 505, especially how the color of the markings/numbers on the dial matches the strap. I am not crazy about the thickness of the case and the clear back.
The 643 case is thinner than the 505 and it has a solid back, both pluses. I love the hobnail dial, but am wondering if the complexity is too much for a rep to look genuine in person? I am also concerned that the numbers/markings may be too green for my tastes from the pics I saw in other threads.
I guess I am looking for someone that has these to chime in as pics only go so far? I have not researched yet where to buy, but both seem like pretty solid reps from the reviews I have read. The ceramic component concerns me too. Thank you!
