This S**t Really pisses me off

Was having a look on ebay for vertu mobiles, only to find it riddled with rep's & people are buying them. Here's the link to one guy that has over 50 for sale, scammer :evil:

he has had 15 previous transactions. turn him in to ebay or better yet the manufacturer of the phone. the manufacturer will buy one of them and then bust his ass.

I reported a seller before to ebay, nothing done, its one thing for us to buy rep's knowing what they are, but for others to be scammed really pisses me off. Maybe someone on the forum will report it, as i've had no luck before, or we all join in and report them, maybe then Ebay will take notice.( Witch hunt that's what we need)

I was researching the web for something involving places to buy replica goods. Apparently Ebay is the number 1 rank on the search engine.

That doesn't suprise me at all Fm, he adds Domestic dispatch time
Will usually dispatch within 10 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Just enough time for the order to leave China, and him to withdraw the funds so no claw back from paypal.

Based on research my opinion is this. Since ebay won that judgement where they are no longer responsible for copyright infringement, the percentage of replica items has skyrocketed. In our circles it used to be about 18%. it's now as high as 78%. I don't know why anyone would buy off there anymore much less waste time searching out and reporting every fake they see.

I wasn't aware of that judgement, i thought that they had recently been fined millions for allowing fakes to be sold on there site?

Some other poor sod has just bought another one, this guy must be making a killing

I agree with hk. Notify the manufacturer as ebay is not likely to do anything about it.
