......but do you guys have any experience at airports giving you a hard time if you take your Panerai screwdriver on a flight, because you wish to make some strap changes while away?

haha, thats a funny question. I guess they could classify it as a weapon, when they consider nail clippers dangerous on some airports.

I check mine in with my check in luggage, as I'm sure they are not allowed as
carry-ins. So far, I've had no problems this way. HTH.

Yes I recall when all this post 9.11 BS started....standing behind an old woman having her 1" nailclipper confiscated at Heathrow.....the minimum wage uniform didnt see the humour in my stagewhispered "Mmmmmm Take this plane to Cuba or the cuticle gets it!"

I thought it was funny tho, so did everyone else!
