That kid could be scarred for life.......that's cruel and unusual punishment.......is there no way we could track down the parents and report them to the authorities......or at least Bill O'Reilly...!

Nah, I think it's pretty fuk'd up. I don't know the situation in which the picture was taken, and I'm not sayin' you are wrong for posting it - but I find absolutely ZERO humor in duct taping a child to the wall.

I don't know..... as the father of a child about the age of the one in the picture - I see the innocence and trusting nature of children. I see their unconditional love. I also see how they are little sponges and soak up each and everything around them. I personally think you've gotta watch what you say and do to them and around them.

Maybe it's parents like this that are raising teens like this:

And who doesn't understand what someone writes?

I'm saying MAYBE shit like this could mess a kid up, who knows? Was this picture taken after daddy had a 12-pack in him and mommy was passed out on the couch after a quarter bag was smoked up? I *personally* don't think I know anyone that would do this to a kid, that would think this is funny. If a parent does this, who knows what else a kid is seeing, what else a kid is exposed to.

If someone did this to my son, fuk'n heads would roll - and that is not a figure of speech.

yeah i can see from his xpression that hes devestated, scarred for life and crying uncontrollably !
now, please explain to me why this red neck "time out" is that much different than strapping a kid in a car seat faceing backwards , or forewards , for that matter

I understand perfectly well what you write. My problem is that I don't know how you get from taping a kid to a wall to that kid murdering bums. It's pretty far fetched as an example.

I don't think you do.

I'll try again and then I'm done.

I think it is parents that do these kinds of things - that think it is funny - might (you see that?), MIGHT be raising the types of kids that go into schools and shoot the place up, the types that beat bums over the head with pipes and smear shit all over them. I'm not saying it is a direct correlation, I'm not saying it is cause and effect. I'm saying if parents do this, what else are they doing? If this is funny, hell wouldn't it be funny to fill the baby's bottle with beer and watch them stagger drunk around the room? Wouldn't it be funny to put a Glock in their hand and snap a few pictures?

I only stated that I don't think it is funny and it could (you see that?), COULD be the cause of deeper issues in our society. I could give a shit less if you or ANYONE here agrees with me. Really.

Maybe its a joke or meant it for humor or what ... no matter what it is wrong and there is no right reason of doing so . and most people in here as a parents or if you are going to be a parent "Don't even think of doing this" I agree with WD. kids mine still developing at that age and who knows what is the outcome.

Yes, but he might grow up to be an amazing athlete with a well defined moral boundry, or he might become an introspective genius. Or he might invade Poland. You're extrapolating way too far from one photo.

You are right, "he" might. Let's hope so.

Maybe the cruelest thing is dressing "him" in pink.

I've just come in from the Pub , And sorry guys but I still think its very funny , and I got 3 kids... 26years old ,17 , and a 12 year old autistic little boy and they've all turned out real well , I think your over reacting and maybe taking things too seriously , I have a friend sends me all sorts of email attachments like this , and I asked him if anyone else took offence to this , and guess what .... he laughed and thought I was taking the piss.

Lighten up
