This is my 3rd order from puretime, and it's the worst experience ever

The timeline will say it all:
Feb 17 - placed an order for an Omega De Ville
Feb 19 - payment is confirmed
March 4 - After asking for the status, was told that "watch arrived a few days ago with a movement issue, it was sent back for a replacement - wait another 1-2 weeks"
March 13 - was told new watch is on the way
March 14 - was told the watch will be avaialble only in 3 moths!!
March 18 - paid extra 140 USD for a 126334 Clean datejust, instead of the Omege. This time I made sure the watch is in stock! Payment was confirmed the same day.
April 1 - I' sent an email asking the status of the order, got an answer the same day - "the watch is out of stock, pay additional 140 USD for a VSF version.
How can I know this time the watch is in stock? The VSF version I want (green textured dial) is not even on the website.

Seriously, I don't know what to think this time.
This might be the 3rd time I'm gonna hear "the watch is out of stock", who knows

Sorry about this. The VSF version of this watch is readily available for immediate arrange. You can upgrade it with no issues. thank you

This kind of situation is troubling and frustrating. If it were me I’d ask for a refund and to complicate matters I read Puretime is having trouble with that now. You have to be very patient with that

This is further reason why I personally only buy reps every few years now. I can only tolerate the inevitable frustration so much.
