When I'm saying that he can't talk to me like this he just say "okay bye". But seriously, what is this behavior.

Yes it was definitely rhetorical - he’s saying he doesn’t know why it’s not available in 38mm, you’d have to ask the factory (which of course you can’t)!
I mean to be fair, the responses are fairly blunt - BUT the best way to do this is to research the exact brand/model you want and which factory you want it from. Then ask the dealer to source that particular watch; dealers generally aren’t going to go backwards and forwards messaging you about what’s available and what isn’t and what’s the best factory etc.

Okay thank you, the problem is the way he talk to me. I know that I have to check the factory. I just thought he can answer to this question because I read in this forum that TD can answer to questions and aren't closed to help.
