I am posting this not as a complaint but with a purpose: to show that sometimes there are problems but they can be resolved. Especially for new customers, that perhaps have too much expectations for the rep game. I have purchased two other watches from Li and Lana, as always totally satisfied for the prompt reply and an easy transaction. An Omega Planet Ocean Chrono and an Audemars Piguet ROO. The second one has a flaw: a decoration element was blocking the rotor. Asked Li, I received promptly an answer, and after few other emails, I have finally discovered @Johnny Depp in the Italian section. He has been very kind and told to me that that was easy to fix, and a common horologist can repair it. His advice was to remove the decoration because has nothing to do with the movement, or simply and easily fix it. I choosed option one and now the watch works regularly. Shit happens.
