Thinking of a Second PAM

Hey Gents:

Having in the past a PAM318 and I loved it, but the CG had a habit to scratch me a lot so I sold it and I want to get back at PAMS. I've always loved the "OP" logo on the dial, so after looking at some options in the PAM guide, I chose it to be the 380 and I'm thinking of getting it from Toro (my go-to dealer). I love the watch, and got the chance to see the Gen up close locally, and it's a real beauty. Thinking of getting it with a black strap.

I agree with you on the cg. That cg is the main reason I've never gone to anything outside of the radiomir. If you want the OP logo I guess that's the only option within the radiomir line. The 380 is nice looking, I think you'll enjoy it.
I've been drooling over the kuvarsit 288 for a little while now. Need to man up and just order it soon.

Get a destro! I happen to wear my watches on my right wrist, with the cg pointing up your arm, it doesn't bother you at all. A destro on the left arm would yield the same effect for you.

I have one incoming (from another td).. Very excited to get it in my hands!

Which TD/version did you get? I'm under the impression that the 288 from kuvarsit is the best version to date. Am I wrong?

The most accurate radiomir aside from the PVD 292 would be the PAM 288. The PAM 183 and the PAM 380 are close behind at first class rep classification.

I agree on the left handed versions. I wear my watches on the right, so the crown guard on my 036 doesn't bother me at all.

Within the 288, would you say the kuvarsit version is the best? I know puretime has a version which also looks good.

I'm not opposed to spending the $$$ for the kw version. I'm just curious what the differences are between the puretime version and kw version. Am I getting any closer to gen by spending an extra $150+ for the kw version?

If you check out ALE's guide, the H factory 288K is spot on. I'm not very familiar with KW but you can't go wrong with this one.

I'm pretty sure Kuvarsit is showing the H factory, not his own version. I don't know why anyone would try to one up the H factory super rep, It's considered one of the best reps ever made.

Specifically, i'm referring to the 288K ultimate, from H factory w/ 7750.

Actually, I got in touch with kuvarsit. Planning on ordering the 288 from them with calf leather strap for $328.

The KW version is the H maker for sure. But KW sells it more expensive
There is no better version than H maker A7750
