Thinking about trading the new 253, but for what?

I love the look of the 111h but I really want an automatic watch.
I may keep the 253 but anyone have recommendations on another auto thats very close to gen or should I just bite the bullet and get a mechanical watch.
Am I crazy for prefering the automatic Panerai?

What about the GMT? I heard it's pretty close to gen except for a few things.
It actually has Swiss ETA movements.

I personally like the Arktos (092) and the 029 GMT for autos. The Pam subs don't do much for me. If you can go large, the 187 is quite the looker. 194 is nice as well.

I had a GMT, I'm thinking about something simpler maybe.
Hell, how often do you guys have to wind your mechanical watches, I should just try and get a modded 111h or something like that, never had a mechanical movt.

I have 3 mechanical PAM (005, 009, 217) and all of them work awfully. I don't really know the Reserve time, i think is between 30 and 40 hours, but anyway i like to wound it every night, just before going to sleep. And it's not constraint, it's a real pleasure :D

During this time, my 2 months IWC Portuguese Chrono is near to death : after one day wearing, the reserve is less than 4 hrs :(

do you want to trade for a custom Rolex Yachtmaster, TT Blue Sub or a Black Sub?

You get about 40 hours power reserve from a manual Pam. Sometimes more.

But I wind mine - all of them - every night, before I get into bed.

Because it really, really, annoys the Dearly Beloved... :D

Thanks for the Rolex offer but I am really looking to another Panerai or a Breitling seawolf or chrono avenger titanium.
I really like not having to think about the watches other than admiring them, I wear them everyday and they always keep good time.

40 hrs? Wow, that's strong. I have a gen 111h and I don't get 40.

I really want an automatic panerai as well. Especially in the Radiomir case. I am just waiting until a more accurate version comes out. I am realy surprised though that not many people prefer the auto.

OK, I think after allot of searching that I want to try out the 087 subs, 44mm case with blue dial.
Or a mini-fiddy project with retro dial, like what enzo did, 47mm I think is just too big for me.

I'll trade you a 187. I know you probably want a smaller watch but at least I tried.

Trade for a white dial Slytech. It's a beautiful watch, eventhough Stalone is a turd.
