So I am looking for a thin (but still good quality) panerai strap. Dont ask why, I just like the straps fairly thin. I have an OF and Toscana, which aren't bad, but does anyone else have any other thinner ones? Never seen the Bob Vertigo, strapmasters or strap culture so didn't know if anyone know's (who has more straps than I do) which are good?

Before I knew I liked thick straps I bought a Hirsch Liberty for around $30 from thewatchprince.com. Also I have one from Don for under $50 which is fairly thin. Both are nice quality.

Vertigo straps are pretty thick. I would say it's just as thick as OF and Toscana.

You may want to take a look at Shark or Allegator straps. They are a little on the thin side.

Both Hirsch Liberty and Don's straps are 4mm, give or take. Not exactly thin. More like average thickness for most straps. 5mm+ starts to get pretty thick.

Just checked both straps. Liberty is 4mm but seems thinner. Don is 3mm. Most his straps are 4+mm but he does offer straps in 3mm. Looks kind of funny on any of my pams. I use it mostly for my omega railmaster xxl.

Yeah, I think he said that those were "manufacturer's errors" and he reduced the price on them accordingly. Although the sharkskin strap I got from him was certainly thinner than 4mm.

So, Don Ginsler is a good place to start, Kinney, if he still has some of the thinner ones laying around.

the liberty is a fat strap... about the fattest I have seen for a 20 or 22mm watch.

I would go with a gator strap.

I have a few thin calf strap from taikonaut as well.

Maybe I'm going to try harder to FORCE myself to like the big thick ones, doesn't seem too hard to come accross those...

You could look into any of the custom makers. They are bound to have thin straps. If you want more info just PM me.
