With proper diligence, I have circled back around to inspect the security vulnerabilities on their website. I'm happy to report that the PCI scans and vulnerability testing that I was able to do on his site have shown it to be in great condition and would pass a PCI exam from an external perspective.

I was still having issues accessing the site, Firefox told me it could not establish a secure connection. I had a hunch and tried Google Chrome instead, and that actually redirected me to my ASUS router which told me that the site had been blocked by the built in AiProtection for "Scam". Which is obviously bullshit. I manually whitelisted the domain in my router and now I can visit no problem.

So if anyone like me still has issues visiting the site check to see if maybe your router has some protection and it's falsely blocking the site.

I've noticed a lot of TD websites get put on various blocklists... which makes sense I guess due to the nature of the business.
