The rare Rolex Daytona 6263 RCO "Oyster Sotto"

The Rolex’s famed Paul Newman Ref. 6263 has an extremely rare variation on the Ref. 6263, The RCO also known as the "Oyster Sotto" or (Oyster Below) because “Oyster” was added to the dial below “Rolex Cosmograph”. There are only 25 known Rolex Oyster Sotto Paul Newmans with black Mark I or Mark II dials, Gen examples have sold for north of $1 million.

Its not hard to tell why this dial color was the favorite of Paul Newman the one engraved from his wife "Drive me carefully", stunning dial in diffrent straps:

- Viet bezel CNC modded
- Athaya 702 crown
- Swiss Gen Specs tube
- Sternkreutz T21 plexy
- Viet dial aged, same source Ruby/NDT/MQ
- ST1902 movement (click spring mod)
- Rep 78350 steel bracelet 571 ends 19mm
- Safari simba vintage nato strap
- Royal marine CHS nato strap
- Black high quality nato strap


Mods:
- Midcase completely reshaped
- case shoulders trimmed to reduce thickness
- lugs holes between lugs chamfered ( came rought from factory)
- lug holes re- drilled
- crystal installation & sealing
- taped threads for crown tube and installation
- drilling countersink for tube
- stem adjustment for Athaya 702 Crown
- Hands relumed to infamous cornholio

This is a crazy amount of work for a cartel build, no wonder the case looks so good. Any intention of swapping out the pushers for cousinsuk ones?
