The Prosecution of Stretcherfetcher - aka Splitfall

Hello everyone,

For those who do not know me, I’m BigOffshoreDaddy. Here recently we were revisited by an individual named Stretcherfetcher…last year he was known as Splitfall. In over a year, he’s managed to scam a good many of our members. He scammed some last year and, to add insult to injury, he came back recently and did it again.

I’ve been working with staff and victims to bring this guy to justice, legally. For many reasons, it’s personal for me, and I want this guy to get what’s coming to him in the worst way possible…legally, of course.

Tonight, I gave everyone that we know that’s been affected what they need to contact the authorities in South Carolina to help bring this individual to justice. But we need your help as well.

I’m posting this in several areas as so to raise awareness. If you’ve had dealings with either Splitfall last year, or Stretcherfetcher recently, or have been scammed by anyone in South Carolina, I need for you to contact me. Tell me what you’ve got and I’ll give you the information to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Law enforcement does not care about our hobby; what they do care about is bringing this person to justice. If you can help, PM me and I’ll give you more information. It doesn’t matter for how much. Every little bit helps. If there are many people, that means many counts, which equates to a lot of time behind bars. And if the dollar amounts add up, we’re talking years.

Your fellow members got screwed over, and all you can do is joke and think of legalities. Perhaps if it happened to you to the tune of a couple grand, your attitude would change. Or perhaps a few days in The Brig would. If I could put you there I would, but I can't.

Hosting and domain should cost 2 or 3k only. Where is the money received since 2006? Tax authorities are aware? What a judge would think about that? That it’s just an organized cartel, and one of its heads eats Vegemite near a long beach.

2. This place is privately owned by few people
Few dudes run really the forum and have access to the money-money, admin access, PP accounts, hosting codes and registrar codes.

3. Owners cover is weak

As in the topic about fake/replica semantic, you have no idea what you are talking about here. In our country (yes the same as mine, where you live) it doesn't matter the origin of the good being stolen, and its status, it's the action that matter, the criminal situation.
Don't tell me you never saw a burglar being wounded in the attempt, suing in court the home owner and win.

1/ RWI a for profit ?
Nobody, not a single soul on staff is getting paid for anything, they don't even have TD advantages on the watch they buy. I believe reading your messages you may have a hard time doing stuff in a benevolent manner, but it's the truth, none is getting paid here.
and RWG is exactly the same. We know the community wouldn't mind if we were to make a few bucks for the works, they know how hard it can be to deal with people in here, but the truth is, if bucks were made, they would directly go in upgrades of the boards.
The watches being offered in raffles are gracious offerings from the TD on our requests and the money from supporters and ads directly go to support the expensive hosting that we have.

2 or 3k a year ? ... you have no idea how far from the truth you are. We are generating more than 4 Tb a month of bandwidth and that's just RWI, we can't go to any hoster, for obvious reason, in just one month 15 Gb of pictures have been uploaded to clickpix... just google over the price for such hostings, not to mention all the added security we run (we have more than one server...)
Think twice before you throw random accusations around on a subject you know little to nothing.
This is an information board with links to TD, we are not the one making money, did you pay a fee to sell in M2M ? Did we take anything on the price you sold or bought item ? Someone forced you to become a supporter ? Not really how a cartel work.
The last thing we would want is to have any financial ties with those doing the illegal very very bad things. TD don't pay to be here. You may see this place as marketplace, but it's not, this is an added bonus offered to members.
All reps board are working in the same way, I can show you other board in other domains that clearly work the way you described !
And again, you are mixing things up, this is a matter of scamming, not related to the board, a judge (and I know a thing or two about that) wouldn't look at that, as it's not the subject here.

And you have no idea what type of people are on this forum, not a single clue of the variety of jobs and activity people do, in the long time this forum has been running, we've seen quite a few surprising people !

If you have an issue with people trying to get back at someone that scammed them, why do you even bother selling or buying here? Wouldn't you be happy that someone helped you getting your fund back or your watch back in a similar case ?
You can ask the people that we helped over the year, they surely are happy about it.
