The Pasha Problem

Hey everyone,

I am running myself ragged searching for a decent Cartier Pasha Rep.
If Pasha C, Pasha or Seatimer doesn't matter, I just love the style and size of this watch.
The problem is, where can I get a well replicated one with a reliable inside?

Any hints? Or does anyone sell his own?
