The Panerai Shine

I have a question about Panerais. I'm new to the replica scene but I have a couple of really nice reps and gens but no Panerai so far. I know that the AR is supposed to be really good in Panerais but I love it when I see panerais like this that have awesome shine. Like this one:

Is this not AR? Do all Panerais have AR and if it shines is it fake? Sorry to ask newbie questions. Also how do the lumes work, is it just permanant lume that is working so well on this panerai?

If you question is how do they glow it is by the light exicting the elements in the luminescent pigment causing them to glow.

What do you mean by permanent lume? do you mean lume the is applied and is permanently on the watch or do you permanently glowing because that is not the case.

Lume doesn't stay glowing that shot has some exposure tweaks and a good exposure to light prior to the shot.
