Yes it is a real model. It is a Slytech Daylight, there were 200 units that were going to be made, but only arround 11-15 were released in white dial and blue numbers. Its rumored that Sly didn't like the design of the dial. Probably one of the scarcest of the Pre-V Panerais.

where do you buy the strap? it is very nice..

this strap has been tortured to fit into the deployment buckle its on but If you want one for a regular buckle its a genuine XL Croc skin from http://www.internationalwatchman.com/
The non branded pam style deployment buckle is from there too.

If you want a strap that will actually fit the deployment buckle you will have to go with one that is special made for them.
Genuine BOB straps have a model line just for deployments.

wouldn't hurt to check with our resident strap dealers too.

I too have this one. It was never put into production to my knowledge. I put mine on a black/blue stitch strap.

Great looking watch.

I personally prefer the very accurate (to my untrained eye) 114. If it wasn't because of the recessed pin issue, it would be on my "must-get" list.

I, for one, would love if David San would offer this dial as an option. Nothing wrong with dreaming.

"L SWISS" as opposed to "SWISS", the original dial is very reflective, the rep isn't ...

what is that a 114, I just bought that dial from river

the genuine dial for this model is glossy and the rep is flat white? Interesting .. a thin clear coat might just shine it up a bit

the only big thing wrong with the white/blue models is its got a 205 caseback and it should be a 207 caseback

Joshua still lists the sly-tech manual winds on his site:
http://perfect-clones.com/index.php?cPa ... =2a&page=2

he has the actual black dial sly-tech where the 205 caseback is correct I believe?
and the white dial blue text model too.
