I am trying to purchase a few watches but since this is my first time, I am a little skeptical with some of what I read. That's why I went to this TD. Any other TD's that will do CC that have great quality?

I've purchased a handful of watches from Steve using PayPal it's not something that most TDs offer unless you have been around for a bit. I personally have never had an issue, and probably better than having your cc details floating around with 3rd party credit card merchants. Having said that it's your risk regardless of which direction you choose. My one recommendation though is it's probably wise for a couple of reasons to test the process with your first purchase of one watch and see how that goes...

Quality is the same from all TDs as the watches come from the same factories..
Down payment ? In all these years of dealing with out TDs, I've always paid in full.

Steve sometimes offers the chance of a downpayment. 50 USD before QC, then the rest after QC approval. I can’t tell if it is reserved only to one year membership. Try ask him. He is always patient and gentle.
