This thread is for everyone who owns a Panerai built and modded by Marlin to show them off! Post up pictures of your Marlin creations and perhaps share any details of the build

We're lucky to have Marlin in our hobby of replica Panerai - the skill and work he puts into elevating these excellent replicas to another level is unmatched.

Marlin is best known for his 127 & 111's though he's worked on several other references so it would be useful to have pictures of all variants in one place.

I'll kick off with a single picture of a Marlin 127 OP XI movement with 'graffiti' plates and his full list of Swiss hybrid mods:

Your PAM036 is beautiful from behind. So little PAM036 in the choice of existing REPs, and at the same time, a significant part of the advantages are in the back, in the correct engravings and beautiful movement. I don't remember seeing PAM036 better from back.

Thanks - I'm not even sure where this movement originated though I suspect from an early DSN build. Unfortunately the bridges still have incorrect decoration but I can live with it.

Your collection of modded, flawless PAMs is astounding, beautiful, and of course envious. Naturally coupled with flawless straps…bravo! I love it
I really appreciate that J. It's a great hobby where I tend to learn something new most days and always hope to see something new as well.

Today I received the email I have been waiting for from Marlin - time to package up my watches and ship them for his amazing modifications.

This time he will be working on my beautiful 249 that was built by Belkin12 (full swiss hybrid mods), further improvement to my franken 127, full Marlin177 build (using a NOS Hfac as the base) and building the best possible Marlin 111 from the 4 Noobs that I have collected over the past 2 years.
