the latest 42mm planet ocean UPO..is it truly the ultimate ?

would u guys say it's as close as it will get to an original ? would u guys go as far as saying u mind as well buy the latest 42MM upo if your going to buy the genuine one to begin with ?

is it that good ? or not even close ?

I recall the replica heuer 500m aquaracer is so close to the genuine that you mind as well buy the replica version.

You shall be more concern about the bezel pearl... It is still the major tell.

I would feel comfortable wearing a 5GPO or UPO(45.5mm) out of the box.

Do you mean the UPO 45.5 or the 5GPO 42mm?

The Ultimate Planet Ocean UPO 45.5 has a great HEV. It has consistently been a great out of the box rep. No need to fix the HEV.

As for the 5th Generation Planet Ocean 5GPO 42mm, it's HEV needs work. Make sure you get the ones with it sitting above the 10. It also is a bit too tall as well.

Glad I got my 5th gen when I did as all the QC pics being posted now have the HEV lower down.
