almost every brand has watches with these types of bezels.. Are all copying omega?

Rolex Centregraph & Zerograph came out really close to each other around 1937-1938. These were the first watches with marked, rotating bezels. I'd say Omega "borrowed" more than their fair share of design elements from these models.
