The crown tubes on my ceramic 292 just fell out. And advice?

So I noticed that both the ceramic outer and the metal threaded inner crown tube just fell out of my 292. It seems some tiny little bit of failed epoxy might have been the only thing holding them in. Any advice of how I can reattach them? I don't just want to pick any old glue I have and have it gas out in to the watch or glob up in there.

Thanks

No, I removed the stem to get the tubes out.

So I've been recommended to use JB weld. Might be the best choice.

That might work. Just be careful not to spill anything on the movement inside and still use enough to make it hand wash waterproof.
