now,the market opened already,all factories back to work also,they can accept orders and release watches now,

the two weeks of the CNY holiday let me accumulated a lot of work,I have a lot of emails need to reply indeed,
I will try my best to finish all these emails asap in recent days,so if you had send me emails in recent weeks which didn't get my reply,
please resend me new emails to remind me in recent days,when I see,I will reply you at once,thank you,

I had posted the new year's discount before the CNY holiday,it's the 8% discount for all watches,from Jan 1th to 31th,
but later,I was began my CNY holiday later,I didn't have time to reply emails in these weeks,so missed many emails indeed,

so for the customers who send me emails to order new watches in recent weeks but didn't get my reply,
if you see this thread,please resend me new emails to remind me,I can give you that 8% new year's discount still,

I ordered 2 watches from you January 3rd. DJ 36mm Blue Stick and Panda. You were quick to reply and I sent the funds as you requested. You got the watches from the factories and even sent the pictures. On January 17th you said they were being sent and you provided tracking number strong with 26 numbers BUT NO IDENTIFICATION OF SHIPPER and no link to shippers Web site for Updates. It is now February 2nd and I've emailed you 8 times for the correct shipping info. I have received no reply from you - I have not received ANY shipping confirmation or ANY UPDATES from shipper. Please Lucy provide the correct shipping info so I can see the progress of my shipment of 2 watches. I'll wait until February 6th to hear back from you. If not I'd like to request a refund for my order.

If she has given you a tracking number they are en route, you need to have patience. TDs do not have any control over shipping.

It's the worst part I'll accept, the waiting, but if you have been in contact with the correct Truetime168, using the email above, not another, you will get your watches.

To put into perspective, for my orders, normally takes about 2-3 weeks to Ireland, so you are within that timeline but a bit further left and not once did I look at tracking, pointless, as I have zero control over it either.

A good buddy of mine @Feefo got similar tracking info & they turned up as expected, ahead of schedule imo.

If they don't turn up after a month, then I'd be requesting a refund.

I appreciate your feedback. The issue is the fact that the tracking numbers make no sense. These is no indication as to the identify of the shipper - just a string of 26 numbers - no alphabet - I researched shippers from China - China Post and DHL just to name 2 - none of the tracking numbers in any combination could be identified. My communication with Lucy Was always pleasant- but I've emailed her 8x since 1/17 just to get the correct tracking info.

I honestly didn't check until the 23rd, at which point I tried some internet parcel trackers. Nothing. On a tracking app however the parcel appeared and on the day after it was delivered. Having a tracking number doesn't necessarily mean it is en route, in the worst case a parcel may be collecting dust on a post office shelf until people return from CNY. Plus, consider also the possibility that the tracking number may start working only after a stopover at a middleman's. My package had a local sender's address.
But mine was a perfect case scenario. As @P..DR..D said, nothing to worry about. I have also waited far more for a package but never really worried.

I use exactly that, but have the app, very handy with pop up notifications etc, but generally dismiss them, unless I get one saying missed delivery & pick up/rescheduling required.
