Congrats for this project, Enzo!
That new dial is a huge step forward.
Please post pics of the case too when you will get it, I am very very interested.

This dial and Davidsens other Pre-V/A choices is concrete evidence that this is one dealer that listens and produces from that feedback. I know you hit a dead end on the handset you wanted, but I think there are more interesting products to come ... and I know how hard it is to be patient.
Really hard it is. :)

The handset chance seemed to open again when I saw Davidsen offering hands for 7750 too. Even more, I actually already paid for a set.
Then I discovered that the watch I was to put them on was not a 7750, but a Miyota82xx-like. :(
Since then, no further word from Davidsen. :( :(
Ok, we'll see...

well you know the waiting game with dealers and parts, Davidsen is a good guy and I am sure will do you right in the end.
Yes, Davidsen emailed me telling that he would come back to me early next week.

Davidsen just told me that he has been able to sort out hand sets also for Miyota movt (PAM 104 among others), and he's sending me a golden one in a couple days!!

Good to hear the expansion of parts continues. You know, looking back at several GEN vintage images - notched hands weren't so uncommon, seems on the Rolex 618 movt and Angelus 8D - they were often notched, even on original hands ...
Yes, I too noticed it -- not often though, just in some vintage models.
Hard to tell now whether those could be the real original hands for those models, and non-notched hands subsequent replacements, or what...
