Here is a new design. *Premium Veg Tan hide with Black Eyelet Rivets installed near lugs and stitched with 415 Nylon cord. *Two floating grooved keepers. *24mm x 130/80mm
Black PVD thumbnail buckle.

Have you thought about using the eyelets for the tang holes?

Probably would need bigger rivets to allow the tang to go through. I also don't think the buckle will seat properly. I just keep trying to come up with new stuff.
